I'm so glad I found this office! Everyone here is so kind and courteous. Dr. Tennennbaum worked with me to find contacts that were comfortable and made sure I had enough samples so I wouldn't run out. I had two appointments during COVID and felt very safe at this practice. I would definitely recommend them!

Wonderful customer service. I've gotten my last 3 pairs of glasses there. It started when my ophthalmologist suggested this store for me to order my first contacts. I haven't gone anywhere else since! So easy to work with, kind, and patient (especially since I struggled taking out the contacts once I got them in). Highly recommend them!

This small local practice is amazing. Everyone on staff is kind, considerate, and knows exactly what they're doing. They're open on Saturday's and some evenings for convenient appointments. Jeff is the best at picking out glasses. He pulls pairs I never would've picked for myself, yet once they're on I admit they look great! I've been coming here for years and would never go anywhere else.

I have using Jeff as my optician for over 10 years. He knows me and my mom so well. He is always so warm with us. He is so good at helping us pick out glasses. When he moves where he is working, we follow(in a loyal way, not in a creepy/stalkery way). Even though Vision at Cedar Creek is a little bit of a drive, it is well worth it for Jeff to fit us for our glasses. I do not see the optometrist there because I have my own that I have been seeing for several years, but the few times that he has been there when we were, he was so nice and friendly. If there was ever a reason that I couldn't see my optometrist, I would happily go to Eric and feel that he would provide as good care as my current optometrist. Jeff will be the glasses guy for me FOREVER.

I was having problems with a new pair of glasses that I had made somewhere else, so I stopped at Vision at Cedar Creek to see if they could help me. Jeff evaluated my glasses and told me they were not made correctly. Dr Eric also gave me an eye exam and "tweaked"my prescription.
Together they discussed my situation and gave me their recommendations . I ordered my glasses and picked them up a few days later. The new glasses now give me the best vision I've experienced in many years! Dr Eric, Jeff and the staff provide exceptional customer service and I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the minute we walked in until we walked out. Selection was outstanding and so was the staff. My daughter is only six years old and Candice really took the time to sit with us and show us different models, ensuring we had the right pair of glasses for our child. I cannot say enough great things about the entire team. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and had our glasses early the next day.
